About the Project

The Employment for Empowerment Foundation (E2F) is focused on increasing access to digital tools and professional skills for the youth from socio-economically underserved communities. In collaboration with Ekal Vidyalaya’s E-Shiksha program which aims to bring high-quality digital aids to over 80,000 single-teacher schools in rural India; E2F looks forward to bolstering these efforts by raising capital that funds the procurement and distribution of laptops and tablets among students so as to enhance their digital literacy as well as empower them with crucial job skills. 

Hence, E2F aims to follow this up with varied advocacy and action based initiatives including the development of an informative guide that covers essential topics like communication and stress management, soft-skills training as well as job preparation based workshops. 

In addition to this, the foundation also aims to work closely with corporate partners, so as to create employment opportunities and connections that support the long-term career development journeys of these young individuals.
